BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a reservation with SaltyLinez, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit of the total retreat price is required to secure your reservation.

  • The deposit is payable within 72 hours of receiving your booking confirmation and payment instructions.

  • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • The deposit is non-refundable and serves to secure your place as well as cover costs associated with planning and organizing the retreat.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the retreat start date, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your booking 60 days or less before the retreat start date, 100% of the total retreat price is non-refundable.

  • If the full balance has not yet been paid at the time of cancellation, you remain responsible for paying the applicable cancellation fee, up to 100% of the total retreat price.

  • You may transfer your booking to another person at any time at no additional cost. Please notify us in advance so we can update the booking details.

  • Guests who fail to arrive for the retreat or leave the retreat early are not entitled to any refund.

  • Any bank charges or third-party processing fees incurred during a refund transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Whenever possible, we will do our best to find a suitable solution, such as transferring your booking to another participant or, where feasible, to a future retreat. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We understand that unexpected events can happen, therefore, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of unexpected changes to your travel plans. Travel insurance can help cover the costs of cancellations, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.

SaltyLinez has no responsibility over loss, theft or damage to individuals or property during their stay. Guests must acquire their insurance.

PRIVACY POLICY

During the SURF&YOGA retreat SaltyLinez will sometimes take videos and photographs which may be used on the website and on social media platforms e.g., Instagram and Facebook. If you do not wish to be included in such posts then please make it known to SaltyLinez upon arrival.

SURF & WEATHER 

SaltyLinez is not responsible for poor weather conditions during your stay, we also have the right to cancel surf lessons if weather conditions make it impossible or unsafe to run lessons as planned. Surf Coaches and  Surf guides working for Surf Maroc Camp will have the full right to make decisions about whether the conditions are safe or not for lessons, and will also do their best to give the missing lesson(s) back at another time during your stay. Clients cannot claim a refund because of poor weather conditions.
